DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the nature of our products Zuzu's Petals does not offer returns or exchanges at this time, all sales are final.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IN MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
When your order arrives follow the below:
- Check to make sure all items orders are not damaged or broken
- If damaged order we will review on a case by case basis.
- If your order arrives damaged or broken, please send us an email with your order number in the subject along with photos of the broken item/items, and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any defects or damages must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery of the package.
- Item(s) MUST be unworn and in new conditions
- If the damage or broken good are approved we will provide you with a store gift card for the amount purchased. At this time we are ONLY providing refund as a store gift card.
Please note some of our products are, in most of the cases, darker or lighter in reality than on the photos.
Please be aware of measurements given in the product descriptions to give you a true idea of size as photographs taken on their own can be deceptive.
