The available credit card options are Master Card, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. The credit card companies listed are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase. Please note that ZUZU'S PETALS does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

WHAT IS SALES & USE TAX?

Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) will be charged by applicable states of the US to customers who purchase from us. We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in those states. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

How is Sales & Use Tax calculated?

Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state).

Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.

Will Sales & Use Tax be refundable?

In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded to your card or to the account or to the original method of payment done via ZUZU'S PETALS.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rate are based on USPS rates, and UPS rates. Please pick how you would like your order to be shipped and rates will be available.

PRICING INFORMATION?

Prices are shown excluding delivery charges and are subject to change without notice. We must receive payment in full for the price of the goods before we can accept your order and dispatch any goods. Once we have received full payment we will send you a confirmation email.

If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered and are unable to acquire more, or if we have made an error in the pricing of the item/items we reserve the right to cancel the order within 7 days from the date of receipt if the items have not been worn. We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods that have been used.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP AND WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Orders are shipped via USPS ground within 2-3 business days of purchase and UPS are shipped within 2-3 as well. Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 days for ground shipping but it really depends where your package is going. Please make sure to double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation. ZUZU'S PETALS is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.

WILL CANDLES MELT WHEN SHIPPED IN HOT WEATHER OR HOT CLIMATES?

Candles can melt when on hot shipping trucks and if your order is left outside in hot temperatures. Shipping companies will not reimburse for melted candles so we cannot be held liable for melted candles. Please order at your own risk or choose expedited delivery services. We offer extra order protection through Encased upon checkout and recommend this for your candle order if you live in a hot climate or are ordering in hot weather.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Keep in mind it can take USPS 24-48 hours to update the current location of your package. A tracking number for those who choose UPS will be available as soon as the other is process and picked up with UPS. Invoice and receipt will be send via email.
